In the neighbourhood of the historic Saku Brewery, a multifunctional five-storey building will be completed by 2025. Retail and commercial premises are planned on the 1st floor and stylish fully furnished 2-3-room rental apartments on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd and 5th floors, there are spacious and bright 2-4-room apartments, which will be available for sale soon. On the underground floor of the building there is a parking area and storage rooms. Design and construction take into account innovative technical solutions and energy-efficient technical systems, which are later convenient to manage via mobile. The design work has started and the preparatory works for construction will begin in the second half of 2023.
