In the neighbourhood of the historic Saku Brewery, a multifunctional five-storey building will be completed by 2025. Retail and commercial premises are planned on the 1st floor and stylish fully furnished 2-3-room rental apartments on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd and 5th floors, there are spacious and bright 2-4-room apartments, which will be available for sale soon. On the underground floor of the building there is a parking area and storage rooms.

Design and construction take into account innovative technical solutions and energy-efficient technical systems, which are later convenient to manage via mobile. The roof of the building will have its own solar park. Sustainable and green thinking is always important to Retori.

The design work has started and the preparatory works for construction will begin in the second half of 2023.
