A safe and homely Tabasalu, where the seaside hiking trail and beach are only 1 km away, will be completed in 2025, right next to the new central square. The building is planned to have bright 2-4-room apartments, as well as commercial premises and fully furnished 1-3-room rental apartments. The design and construction take into account innovative technical solutions, energy-efficient technical systems, which are later easy to manage, and the availability of your own solar park. Sustainable and green thinking is always important to Retori. The design work has started and the preparatory works for construction will begin in the second half of 2023.
