A five-story energy-class A apartment building is being built in the center of Saku, just outside Tallinn. It has already attracted strong interest from buyers even before it is completed. \u201cI looked at different options in Tallinn and its surroundings. The new building will be completed at Tallinna maantee 1 \u2013 an area where train and bus traffic provide convenient connections to the capital, but the living environment remains peaceful and green. The development will feature bright apartments on the 2nd\u20135th floors, while the 1st floor will house commercial and retail space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technical solutions in the development have been thought out in terms of comfort, energy efficiency and administrative costs. The solar park on the roof of the building helps produce renewable energy, all apartments are equipped with district heating underfloor heating, which ensures a uniform and pleasant indoor climate. If desired, a Mitsubishi Zen cooling system can also be added, which fits well into a modern living environment. The 30-space indoor parking lot on the ground floor is accessible via a heated ramp, and the entire building has carefully planned sound insulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main contractor is the Estonian construction company Nobe, whose experience and quality are highly valued in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house uses the Bisly smart home solution, which allows you to control temperature, ventilation, and lighting, use a video intercom, an openable parking gate, a smart elevator, and a remote-controlled apartment door - all to make everyday life smoother and safer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Reimo Metsk\u00fcll, Chairman of the Board of Retori Estate, it is precisely the silence, energy efficiency and thoughtful details that have made the Saku development so popular. \u201cOur goal is not to simply build houses, but to create environments that will carry value in the long term. The Tallinn Road 1 project is a good example of how comfort, aesthetics and durability can meet in one place,\u201d commented the development leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
