Maja arhitektuurse lahenduse autor on Kadarik Tüür Architects ning ehitustööd teostas NOBE. Hoone projekteerimisel ja ehitamisel on pööratud erilist tähelepanu ruumiplaneeringutele, sisekliimale ja tehnilistele lahendustele.

Hoone esimesel korrusel paiknevad äripinnad. Tänaseks on seal uksed avanud Pepco pood ning ilusalong Salon9. Lisaks on läbirääkimised lõppfaasis veel kahe äripinna potentsiaalsete rentnikega.

Retori Estate juhatuse esimees Reimo Metsküll sõnas, et Tallinna maantee 1 arenduse keskne eesmärk oli luua hoone, mis ei tööta ainult avamispäeval, vaid ka aastate pärast. Fookus ei olnud üksikutes efektsetes lahendustes, vaid tervikus – alates arhitektuurist ja planeeringutest kuni tehniliste valikute ja ehituskvaliteedini.

Retori Estate alustas Tabasalus uue A-klassi elamuarenduse Kallaste 3 ehitust. Kallaste 3 on neljakorruseline, 28 korteriga ja ligikaudu 800 ruutmeetri suuruse äripinnaga hoone, mille koguinvesteering ületab 7,5 miljonit eurot. Hoone valmib 2026. aasta lõpus ning projekti finantseerimispartner on Swedbank.
